Using Your Social Media Content

1. Sharing Your Content

You grant Tradectory Media Ltd (the "Company") permission to use your social media content (photos, videos, or creative works) that features their brands. This includes sharing, adapting, or owning the content on the Company's social media channels and branded websites. Additionally, it grants us permission to reshare content through short-live channels E.g. Instagram Stories where we are tagged without notice. If you’d like us to remove your content from our page, please let us know. Simply send us a DM and we’ll take care of it right away.

Tradectory may process your personal data to use your content.

We found your content on a public social media platform and contacted you through that platform to get your permission.

The legal basis for this is our legitimate interest in using user-generated content for marketing purposes.

3. Granting a License

You confirm the content you submitted is original and created by you.

"Content" includes written material, images, videos, and audio.

You confirm you've complied with the terms and conditions of the social media platform where you posted the content.

5. Authorisation for Use

You authorise Tradectory to use your content, name, social media handle, and likeness in any media, including advertising, websites, and social media. This includes edits and modifications. This authorisation is irrevocable and perpetual.

6. Ownership

Tradectory owns all rights to the content you grant permission for, forever and worldwide. The Company is not obligated to use your content in a specific way.

7. No Compensation

You understand you won't be paid for granting permission to use your content.

8. Liability

You release Tradectory from any liability related to the use of your content, including claims of privacy invasion, defamation, or alteration. You waive the right to approve the final product or its use.

9. Data Retention and Contact

We will delete your personal data when it's no longer needed, unless required by law. You can contact our data protection officer at hello@tradectorymedia.com to request your data be removed or edited.
